Run 115

Tried this as a recovery run. I feel really good! My legs feel strong, but going down stairs still hurts a little. It was my quads going up those hills the last 6 miles of the marathon that gave me trouble, so I suppose that is to be expected. Went with my daughter, who fell asleep about halfway through, but I decided I'd better not push past my initial route like I normally would. Used my "new-to-me" smartphone to map my route, so it's more exact (and a little longer) than just mapping it out online.
