In Des Moines for a wedding this weekend, so it was fun to explore a trail for a bit. Got a ride to the trailhead from my wife's uncle, then ran that for a bit and ran back to their place. nice to go off my normal script for a bit!

Really glad I got 4 runs in this week and 3 of them were different than the usual route I take. It was also great to do a run with Nathan on Thursday! Definitely breaks up the grind!
