Run 89

I went with my daughter in the stroller. It was a little chilly today, which made for a pleasant run. Not too hot, which is always nice. Also, I'm doing a little "fruit cleanse", which I do about once a summer, so I didn't have the gitty up I usually do on my run. I only eat fruit for 3 days. Eat as much as you want, but only eat fruit. It feels great afterward as you detox a bit.
