Run 45/Week 12 Recap

A good run. I started out too fast (7 minute miles) and got a stitch in my side, so I walked 2 separate times for 10 seconds each and that took care of it. The last 3 miles or so felt absolutely wonderful. From here until the marathon, I am usually running 10 miles or more on Saturday, so I'll have to get my pacing down before then. Good thing I have 10 weeks or so to start to figure it out.

A good week, overall. I have enjoyed reading "Born to Run" and trying to implement that mentality and form, which has given good results. It's the first week that I have been able to stick to my M-W-F-S schedule for a few weeks. Felt good to do that.
