Run 41/Week 11 Recap

A longer run to make up for no run on Monday. Further than my marathon program, but, once my training regimen prescribes more than 23 miles or so I'll start adhering to that.

Once the weather decides to warm up and stay warm, I imagine my time and enjoyment will vastly improve. Running on ice is as exciting as it sounds. I'm excited to start actually training for a marathon, though!
