Run 132

A later night run. I tried to really push it, in preparation of the 10k this weekend. My legs feel good, but there were a lot of bugs and I had to slow down to try to get some out of my eyes and mouth. Annoying but that's okay. I'll run tomorrow during lunch, take Friday off, and do the race on Saturday.
