Run 87

A nice easy run for this Friday. I'm still thinking I'd like to do a longer run tomorrow, so I don't want to spend all my extra energy on shorter runs. Plus, I'm trying to work on pacing a bit more. I can do short runs at a much faster pace, but I imagine that if I can settle into a slower pace I'll finish faster and with more energy than if I burn out after 10 miles with 16 to go.
