Run 19

Did a shorter, higher intensity run because I needed to do it over my wife's lunch break. I pushed it hard and I did it in a personal record pace! It was cool to do 4 miles under 30 minutes! I'll do another shorter run tomorrow (although not pushing it so hard) to make up some miles from today and last week. I didn't do all the math, but I have to assume after being behind about 12 miles last week, I'm running behind on my total. Check out these numbers! Interesting that I did almost 2 miles less and had a higher calorie burn.
